Newgent Golf Design & Development is a design-build complete turn key golf course construction company with activities including land planning, infrastructure, architecture, maintenance and administration of golf courses and resorts. The company is also involved in the design and architecture of club houses, subdivisions and resort villas.
In addition to golf course design and construction, the company also has experience in site and infrastructure work both in connection with golf course construction or stand alone. Some notable site work includes the Marriott World Center in Orlando and the Boca Raton Hotel and Country Club, Boca Raton. The company was also involved in the construction of the Cincinnati Reds and the Minnesota Twins Spring Training Facilities. Newgent Golf Inc. was also involved in vertical construction projects such as golf course maintenance and club facilities and multi-story vacation ownership villas.
